Justin Bieber, 1D, Charlie Puth, JK retains ranking on PH Charts

PH Top 40's top 5 songs from last week are still unchanged this week. Justin Bieber spends his 7th week at #1, with "Love Yourself" for week ending February 23, 2016.

One Direction's "History", Charlie Puth's "One Call Away", Justin Bieber's "Sorry" and Juan Karlos Labajo's "Di Ka Man Lang Nagpaalam" retained their positions (nos. 2 to 5). This is also Juan Karlo's 3rd straight week on top of all the OPM entries.

Zayn on the other hand is making a big jump to the top 10 this week. His first single "Pillowtalk" is the highest gaining track of the week as it moved up 13 places from #22 to #9.

PH Top 40 (Feb. 23, 2016)

Zayn, Adele Debuts New Music on Philippine Chart

Justin Bieber has the most popular song during the Valentine Weekend as "Love Yourself" topped the PH Top 40 charts for a 6th week. However his other single "Sorry" drops 2 places down from #2 to #4, ending Justin's 5-week top 2 finish.

One Direction is just a spot away from the #1 position as "History" moved up 1 place (2-3). Charlie Puth's "One Call Away" ranked #3 this week. This is the highest position held by the song after 17 weeks in the chart.

Former One Direction member Zayn finally breaks in the chart. His Billboard #1 hit "Pillowtalk" is the highest new entry at #22. Fellow British act Adele, also has a new track in the chart. "All I Ask" is making a debut at #29.

Pinay Divas Angeline Quinto (Nag-iisa Lang) and Sarah Geronimo (Dulo) also enters the chart at #35 and #36 respectively.

PH Top 40 (Feb. 16, 2016)

Justin Bieber, One Direction, James Reid Heats Up PH Charts

It's a 5 week run for Justin Bieber on a top 2 finish.

Justin's "Love Yourself" and "Sorry" continue to dominate the Philippines' Top 40 charts base on radio airplay, sales charts and streaming, as the two songs ranked first and second for a 5th week.

Meanwhile, One Direction's 2nd single "History" off their new album hits #3 this week.

Actor/ Pop Star James Reid has the highest new entry this week at #33 with "Move". Meghan Trainor and John Legend on the other hand holds the most weeks in the chart (with 29 weeks), as "Like I'm Gonna Lose You", moved up 6 places from #26 to #20.

Yeng Constantino's "All You Need Is Pag-ibig" is the week's biggest gainer as the song moved up 12 places from #36 to #24 this week.

Justin Bieber Continues Domination, Taylor Swift Hits Top 5

Justin Bieber spends another week claiming the no.1 and no.2 positions to lead the PH Top 40 charts for week ending February 2, 2016. This is Bieber's 4th week on a 1-2 finish and 6th week run with 2 top 5 hits in the top 40 ("Love Yourself" and "Sorry").

Another lucky artist entering the love month is Taylor Swift, whose 6th single "Out Of The Woods" enter the top 5 this week. Taylor's 6th straight top 5 hit off her 1989 album. Previous singles "Shake It Off", "Blank Space", "Style" and "Bad Blood", all reached #1, while her last track "Wildest Dreams", peaked at #3 at the last quarter of 2015.
